The New JLG ES4046 Electric Scissor Lift

JLG's new ES4046 electric scissor lift is designed for contractors working in sensitive conditions like multi-story warehouses or buildings with sensitive flooring.

This machine provides increased productivity because it has a 40% increase in duty cycles over its hydraulic predecessor (the R4045 model). Because it has an indoor capacity of 3 occupants (a 20% increase in capacity compared to other models), operators can carry more materials and tools to heights more efficiently.

With its AC electric drive design, the ES4046 also reduces operating costs, featured in the video "JLG ES4046 - AC Drive Motors Overview" integrated components containing hydraulic hoses and hydrauli fittings on the entire machine.  This translates to increased functionality and uptime, along with the reduction for potential leaks which results in fewer service calls.

APPLICATION-DRIVEN DESIGN

Coming later this year, JLG will be introducing a lithium-ion batter option for faster charging, efficient work in low-ambient temperatures, less maintenance, and a longer battery life.  Other features include the CleanGuard® leak containment system for work on sensitive floors, a 900-watt invert to charge tools and the SkySense® detection system so operators can have an added level of awareness of their surroundings.

Accessories available for operators include:

Panel Carrier: Load panels in the carrier tray outside the platform where it’s easier to transfer the panel to its elevated installation site.
