I hereby authorize All Access Services to take Charges on the following credit card for the invoice(s) and amount stated above.
All "First time" customers paying with a credit card will be charged a security deposit of $500.00 during the contract agreement, When agreement is closed All Access Services will Refund the amount of $500.00 back to card issued, as long as equipment is returned in the exact way it was delivered. Ex: No damage , full of fuel etc.
