Service Parts Clerk
Santa Ana and Riverside Locations
$23-25 / hr (DOE)
 
Position Summary:

The Parts Clerk will work closely with the Service Manager, Mechanics, customers and vendors to maintain parts inventory stock levels. 
 
Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

3 years minimum experience as service writer, inventory management, purchasing/receiving, or closely related field. 
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Demonstrated general computer skills, desire to work with technology and learn new software applications.
Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports. 
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills 
 
Job Duties:

Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory.
Locates parts within current inventory or from other sources.
Communicates ETAs to customers and shop personnel.
Updates and closes workorders and invoices customer sales. 
Processes warranty claims.
Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures. 
Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Job Conditions/Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, keyboarding, may lift up to 50 lbs.
 
The hiring salary range for this position is: $23-25/hr. (negotiable depending on experience)
