Telehandler vs Forklift?

The primary difference between a telehandler and a forklift is simple, a telehandler has the ability to reach out or boom out to greater heights. Where a general forklift can lift loads up and down, a telehandler (reach forklift), can boom out as much as 55 ft as the up and out reach (if it went straight down it would tip over).

Most telehandlers we offer range from 5519 and 1255. Smaller telehandlers can lift up to 5,500 pounds and reach about 19 ft, and for the higher needs the 1255 series can lift 12,000 pounds and can boom out 55 ft. Once we understand your needs and the lift capacity needed we can help set you up with the right Poway telehandler to rent.
