Boom Lift Rental Features

Here is a look at the features offered on the boom lift rental offered by All Access Services

Range of Motion

Range of motion is a safety measure as well as a time-saving measure when using a boom lift. Our largest models offer 2.6 million cubic feet of work envelope, meaning operators can spend more time in the "bucket" and less time moving the boom lift. All of our models offer top-of-the-line ranges of motion to keep your team efficient and safe.

Extendable Axels

Cylinder-deployed axles in our JLG boom lifts allow the machines to grow from 8 feet to 16.5 feet to create a more stable base, which ultimately allows for the huge ranges of motion mentioned above.

Jib (JibPLUS System)

The jib is the final "joint" in the boom lift, allowing operators to have 180 degrees of motion in the bucket, even when the boom is at its full reach. This also allows for efficiency, as more motion for the operators aloft means less time repositioning the machine itself.

Four-Wheel Steering

Speaking of repositioning the machine, no matter the range of motion of a given boom lift, repositioning it will be a normal part of the majority of projects. JLG's four-wheel steering allows for a rather large machine to maneuver like that of an everyday car. More maneuverability means more safety and less time spent positioning your machine.

Four-Wheel Drive

In addition to the steering, all four wheels of our boom lifts are powered, allowing for more stability when maneuvering on difficult terrain.

Steel

Our boom lifts are created with 100,000 PSI steel, meaning extended durability and stability. When renting, durability may not be a major concern, but the quality of the steel is reflective of the quality of the machine as a whole.

Platform Capacity

With a 1,000-pound capacity on most models, All Access' fleet of boom lifts can hold multiple personnel, and more tools and equipment than most teams would need to complete a given job. NOTE: When using the JibPLUS system mentioned above, the platform capacity is 500 pounds, but still plenty for two large individuals and the tools/equipment needed to complete a project.

Intelligent Design to Save You Money

Many pieces of large equipment require oversized load permits to transport to and from a given job site, but the All Access boom lifts are designed to be transported on a flatbed truck while remaining under the weight and width that would otherwise require your team to get an oversized load permit for transporting the machines on public highways.

LCD Display

The center of the control panel of most of the All Access boom lifts is an easy-to-read LCD display that tells operators where they are in the work envelope, along with other useful information regarding the operation of the boom.

Boom Lifts: Unveiling the Key Features for Increased Productivity

In the world of construction, maintenance, and various industrial applications, the utilization of efficient equipment is important for safety, convenience, and productivity. Among the variety of machinery available, boom lifts stand out as versatile and indispensable assets. These specialized lifts offer a range of features that not only facilitate elevated work but also significantly increase productivity across various sectors.

The Economic Benefits of Straight Boom Lifts in Construction Projects

Construction sites are bustling hubs of productivity, where precision, safety, and efficiency are crucial for success. Among the array of equipment used in these projects, straight boom lifts stand out as versatile assets that offer significant economic advantages. These towering machines, equipped with extendable arms and stable bases, play an important role in increasing productivity, maintaining safety, and cost savings within construction projects. Let's dive into the economic benefits of using straight boom lifts in construction projects, shedding light on their multifaceted contributions to the bottom line.

2 Types of Boom Lifts We Carry

Articulating Boom Lifts

Articulating boom lifts, also known as knuckle booms, are aerial work platforms designed to provide access to hard-to-reach areas. These lifts have multiple jointed sections that can bend, allowing the operator to maneuver around obstacles and reach over or under structures. They are commonly used in construction, maintenance, and industrial industries where exact positioning is required. With their ability to extend both vertically and horizontally, articulating boom lifts provide increased flexibility and safety, allowing workers to perform tasks at various heights and angles efficiently.

Straight Boom Lifts

Straight boom lifts, also known as telescopic boom lifts, are a type of aerial work platform designed for reaching high, hard-to-access areas with a high degree of precision and stability. These lifts feature an extendable arm that can move vertically and horizontally, providing a longer reach compared to articulating boom lifts. This makes them great for tasks including building maintenance, construction, and utility work, where workers need to access tall structures or equipment safely. Their design and advanced control systems allow operators to maneuver the platform accurately, even in tight or complex environments, improving both efficiency and safety on the job site.
